Retail Therapy for Friday: Jonathan Adler @ JCP

I have been a fan of Jonathan Adler since I was in high school.

I remember looking at his accessories in design magazines and just swooning.

Colorful meets swanky meets streamlined. Love love love.

Unfortunately, most of his wares are out of my price range….drum roll please….until now.

He just put out a new line with JC Penneys, and I just love some of the new stuff.

Here are a few of my favorites:

Happy Chic by Jonathan Adler Lola Owl Accent Lamp $35

Hoooo would like this lamp? Sorry could not help myself.

Happy Chic by Jonathan Adler Katie Canvas Curtain Panel $45

Love these coral curtains. So fun.

Happy Chic by Jonathan Adler Elizabeth 18″ Square Pillow $35
Happy Chic by Jonathan Adler Elizabeth Foo Dog Bookends $38

These happy Foo dogs crack me up.

Happy Chic by Jonathan Adler Elizabeth Shower Curtain (reversible) $30
Happy Chic by Jonathan Adler Lola Shower Curtain $30

How great are both of these reversible shower curtains? Great colors and great idea.

If those shower curtains were made out of cotton, I would be cutting them in half and turning them into window curtains!

Happy Chic by Jonathan Adler Owl Tray $45

This tray belongs on my coffee table.

See anything in the new collection you like??

Or is this way out of your comfort zone?

In my opinion, a little of the fun stuff in a home goes a long way. A few fun accessories mixed with grown up decor really makes a room inviting and livable.

We can’t take ourselves too seriously.:)

Happy Friday!

  1. Am loving the orange curtains. They would be great in my daughter’s room. We will be checking them out.

  2. We have just painted our den and redone our bath. I am looking for some bright accents for both rooms and need to check this line out. I am a native Greenvillian, too, and love what they have done at our JC Penneys here. I found your blog through one of your comments on Young House Love where you mentioned living here.
